At Hamilton Skincare, everything began with a very personal search for skincare that felt simple, honest and effective. After years of watching dry, reactive and eczema-prone skin struggle with complicated routines and harsh-feeling treatments, we became more interested in what skin actually recognises: nourishing fats, straightforward ingredients and formulas made with care.
That search led us to tallow-based skincare, and eventually to our Signature Tallow Balm: a rich, concentrated balm designed to melt into the skin, support dry areas and create a protective layer against the elements. But as much as we love balm, we also knew there was space for something softer. Something lighter. Something that could bring the same ancestral ingredient philosophy into an everyday moisturiser.
That is why we are so excited to launch our Whipped Tallow Cream.

Our Whipped Tallow Cream takes the foundation people love about our balm and transforms it into a lighter, cloud-like moisturiser for daily use. It is still rooted in the same simple approach: no unnecessary fillers, no water, no complicated ingredient list and no “secret formula”. Just purposeful ingredients chosen because they do something for the skin.
The biggest difference is texture.
Our balm contains raw beeswax, which gives it structure and a protective finish. That makes it brilliant for night-time use, weather protection, rough patches, dry hands, lips, elbows and areas that need a little extra shielding.
Our Whipped Tallow Cream contains no beeswax, which gives it a softer, faster-absorbing feel. It spreads easily, melts in beautifully and leaves the skin feeling calm, supple and hydrated without a heavy or greasy finish.
Think of the balm as your concentrated skin rescue tin, and the cream as your everyday moisturiser.
Why tallow?
Almost all of our products are built around grass-fed beef tallow from traceable sources. For centuries, animal fats were used to nourish and protect the skin. Modern skincare often replaces these traditional fats with long ingredient lists, synthetic-feeling textures and formulas that sound impressive but can be difficult to understand.
Tallow is different because it is naturally rich, deeply conditioning and beautifully compatible with the skin’s own oils. On our ingredients page, we describe tallow as being molecularly similar to the skin’s natural sebum, which is why it feels so comfortable as part of a simple, barrier-supporting routine.
For our Whipped Tallow Cream, we start with high-quality suet sourced from trusted UK farms and render it carefully at low temperatures. From there, we blend it with organic hempseed oil, golden jojoba oil and vitamin E to create a breathable, silky texture that still offers deep nourishment.

Vanilla Whipped Tallow Cream

Complex, citrus-led and grounded with masculine tones, Citrus Cedarwood is infused with citrus aurantium dulcis peel oil, cedrus atlantica bark oil and litsea cubeba fruit oil. It is fresh, woody and quietly confident - a brilliant option for those who want something more earthy than sweet.
