One family's struggle

This brand started with a personal search for something that would actually work for me.

For years, I watched my dad deal with severe eczema, trying everything from steroid treatments to newer prescription options. Some helped for a while, but none gave us a long-term answer. A couple of years ago I found myself dealing with eczema too, and learned firsthand how frustrating it is when your skin reacts badly to products you have been told should help – Sometimes, the treatments available were often as harsh as the ailment itself. These experiences changed the way I think about skincare. I started paying closer attention to ingredients, simplicity, and whether a product genuinely supports the skin rather than just sounding good on a label.

After a lot of research and plenty of trial and error, I came across tallow-based skincare and began testing it for myself. It was the first time I had found something that felt effective, uncomplicated, and gentle enough to keep using. From there, I spent months refining my own formula, speaking directly with local farmers and suppliers, and working to create something that felt balanced, lightweight, and honest.
What struck me about tallow-based skincare wasn't just that it worked.
It was that the ingredient list didn't require a chemistry degree to read
— and after years of applying compounds I couldn't pronounce, that mattered.
The result is a small-range skincare line built around simple ingredients, careful sourcing, and value for money. I’ve built this website myself to keep costs down and stay close to the product at every stage, because I wanted to create something practical rather than olished for the sake of it. The results we've seen, particularly on my dad's skin during periods of severe flare, are what gave us the confidence to share these products more widely. Below, we've included some unedited photographs of his leg and foot during an acute episode of atopic dermatitis, alongside results from using our unscented balm. We share these not as a marketing device, but because we think honest evidence matters more than polished claims.

This is not skincare built around hype. It's skincare shaped by experience, improved through testing, and made to offer a straightforward option for people who want something natural, affordable, and thoughtfully made.
