Shipping policy
We exclusively use Royal Mail as our delivery partners. To keep our prices as low as possible we currently offer only one delivery option - Free delivery within 2-5 business days (excluding public holidays). Deliveries may be made on a Saturday but this is not guaranteed.
How long will my delivery take?
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our aim is for all orders to be received within 3 working days of ordering. Please be aware that this is subject to change during busier times or promotional periods. Please be aware orders may be delayed during strike periods or immediately before Christmas.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, please track your order using the details provided in the email sent when your order left our warehouse or from the Orders section of your account. You can also track each parcel separately using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
If there has been an issue with your delivery or it cannot be located, please speak to our customer care team. However, before doing so please allow 5 business days from your dispatch date for the order to arrive.
